About Nina Hughes
Nina Hughes is a graduate food
scientist (Reading) having spent many years working within food
manufacture and some time also in catering.
She has extensive experience of developing food safety management
systems which all food businesses need today to ensure compliance
with food hygiene legislation.
Nina Hughes Training specialises in delivering courses in Food
Safety (at levels 1, 2, 3 and 4) but also offers course on other
aspects of food and assistance with developing and implementing food
safety management systems.
